Step 1: The Call
Everything starts with a phone call to (615) 716-3086. You describe the symptom in your own words. We ask the questions that matter: Is there heat, smoke or sparking? When did it start? Which breaker, which room, which appliance? If anything needs switching off for safety, we tell you on that call, not after a drive across Robertson County.
Step 2: Diagnosis
On site, the test equipment comes out before any recommendation. Voltage under load, current draw, breaker condition, connection torque and insulation state: the readings separate a failed breaker from a faulted circuit from a utility-side problem. You see what we see, including the failed part when there is one.
Step 3: A Clear Price
Diagnosis ends with options in plain language and a price for each. You approve the scope before work begins. If a job grows because we find hidden damage, we stop, show you, and re-price that part with you rather than rolling on.
Step 4: The Work
Work proceeds to the National Electrical Code: correct wire and breaker sizing, GFCI and AFCI protection where required, proper grounding and bonding, permits and inspections where they apply. Drop cloths and shoe covers keep a repair from becoming a cleaning project.
Step 5: Testing and Walkthrough
Every affected circuit is tested under load before we pack up. We label the panel, show you what changed, and explain what to watch for. If a related item deserves attention soon, it lands in a short written note, not a sales pitch.
